Top 9 Smartphone Brands in India 2022: 


1. Samsung: 

Samsung Electronics, a part of the Samsung Group, was established in 1969 in South Korea. The company manufactures and sells smartphones and tablets and manufacturers from which other products are sold.

Samsung had a 46% market share of products running Google Android phones as of 2012, placing it on the list of top mobile phone manufacturers.

IDC's quarterly mobile phone tracker shows that Samsung had a market share of 23.5%. It saw a growth of 23 percent every year, with quarter-on-quarter growth of 39 percent.    

J-Series was a major contributor to maintaining its top position, which could be viewed well offline.

Apart from this, Samsung's Galaxy J7 Next, Galaxy J2, and Galaxy J7 Max were the three best-selling Samsung models, which earned the company a place among the top mobile companies in India.

2. Xiaomi Mobile: 

If seen, the first smartphone was brought by the Xiaomi company in August 2011 and also dominated the Chinese market for a short time. It is believed that by 2014, Xiaomi was counted among the largest smartphone maker in China. Apart from this, it became the 5th largest smartphone maker in the world by 2018.

3. Lenovo (including Motorola):

Lenovo of Beijing, China, and Lenovo of Morrisville, North Carolina are subsidiaries of Chinese multinational technology company Lenovo. 2014 saw OPPO's highest ever quarter sales in India. In the same period, seller shipments grew by 81 percent and 40 percent in a row over the same period last year. As it started selling equipment through e-tailers, it saw a significant increase in its seller share.

Only after sales grew more than seven times in 2017 did the biggest mobile company Micromax and the big Japanese firm Sony completely lag behind.

5. Vivo:
